- Reminder about property care
All shrubs, trees, grass and plantings of every kind shall be kept, well maintained, properly cultivated and free of trash and other unsightly material.
CONTAINERS
All garbage, trash and other waste shall be placed in containers which shall be concealed and contained within buildings or shall be concealed by means of a screening wall of material similar to and compatible with that of the building on the Lot or shall be concealed by sufficient landscaping to provide a permanent screen at all times of the year. (Per the deed restrictions)
