DOCUMENTS

Dues not paid in full are subject to an administrative collection charge, as permitted in Article VI, Section 6(a) of the Deed Restrictions. Liens may be placed on non-paying residents’ homes for unpaid dues.

The meeting agenda will include general board updates, the 2024 budget, and the annual vote for Trustees. We encourage you to attend. We have open spots on our board and welcome your involvement! We need you! Also, remember 2024 dues must be paid on or before April 12, 2024.

COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE
The Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1 from 9am – 4pm.  Rain or Shine.
